Expectations from the Candidate:We are seeking an experienced senior quantitative analyst with a proven track record in developing and implementing trading systems, who understands how to adjust algorithms, research the effectiveness of strategies, is not afraid to tackle complex research tasks, and will ultimately strengthen our team.
Responsibilities:Analyze financial data to identify inefficiencies and anomalies across various financial markets;
Review scientific journals, financial literature, and other sources to translate cutting-edge research into automated trading strategies;
Develop, backtest, and implement trading systems based on statistical/quantitative analysis;
Monitor execution and analyze the performance of trading strategies;
Present results in the form of presentations, reports, and articles;
Collaborate with a team of developers and analysts.
Candidate Requirements:A degree in mathematics, engineering, or economics;
Strong Python 3+ programming skills;
Ability to work with market data and its sources;
Skills in using quantitative and statistical analysis methods;
Experience in trading financial products using quantitative/systematic methods;
Research-oriented mindset: thoughtfulness, creativity, perseverance, intelligence, initiative, attention to detail, critical thinking, etc.
